Thank you for shopping our selection of the highest quality Torque tools. We do our best to sell only items our suppliers have in stock. On the rare occasion that an item is not available, we will contact you to see if you would like us to cancel your order.
All prices shown on the website are valid for purchases at that time. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Shipping
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days and will send your order via UPS. Please note that pre-set torque wrenches must be set prior to shipping and this process will take and additional 2 to 3 days.
Refunds are available if your item is returned within 30 days. We will refund only the price of the item purchased excluding any shipping or handling charges. An exception to this would be if a defective product was sent to you in error. See our Returns page for more information and request form for a return authorization.
International Orders
We will ship orders to international customers using UPS methods. The method available will vary by country. Any additional duties or fees assessed by your country or customs department will be the responsibility of the customer.
 In some situations, our carrier may not ship to select international destinations, so we have partnered with MyUS.com to help us serve all international customers. Returns
Returns for non-damaged merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in new condition and be accompanied by a return authorization code. We will credit the price of the item ordered after receiving your return. See our Returns page for more information and request form for a return authorization code. You can return the item to us at the address provided on your return authorization.
