Shipping & Returns


Returns for non-damaged merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be 
returned in new condition, in original packaging, with the original certificate of calibrations and you must receive a return authorization code by submitting your information below. You can then mail your return back to us at the address provided on your return authorization. We will refund only the price of the item purchased excluding any shipping or handling charges, unless a defective product was sent to you in error.  Any merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  We may waive this charge if alternative merchandise is purchased.


Standard order processing and shipment is 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of your order.


Pro Torque Tools has arrangements with many manufacturers in which we ship items direct from them. By doing this, we avoid double shipping charges that you would otherwise incur. This helps us keep prices low and pass savings on to you.  However, the availability of these items are determined by the manufacturer. We will always do our best to inform you as soon as we know about any abnormal delays.

Please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days depending on supplier for any pre-set torque wrenches or screwdrivers to allow for production to your desired torque level and creation of certificate of calibration.

UPS NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Orders placed with UPS Next Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the same business day, pending credit card approval and item availability. UPS Next Day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and international orders.

Refunds are available if your item is returned within 30 days. We will refund only the price of the item purchased excluding any shipping or handling charges. An exception to this would be if a defective product was sent to you in error. 

International Orders

We will ship orders to international customers using a variety of methods and payment options to better serve the unique needs of each customer.  Fees charged for shipping do not include any taxes or duty fees collected by the country an order is shipped to.
