Toolbox Warranties: All toolboxes sold under the Williams brand will be warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Any toolboxes that are to be returned, must be done through Snap-on Industrial Brands current Return Goods Policy, be sent back freight prepaid, and accompanied with a dated copy of the purchase order. Ratchets: Warrantable ratchets purchased new will be replaced with new ratchets. All broken ratchets must be returned to Williams, 6969 Jamesson Rd, Midland, GA 31820 with a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA #), freight pre-paid, in order to receive credit. Field destroyed ratchets will not be eligible for credit.
