The Norbar 15063 Professional Interchange Head Micrometer Adj Torque Wrench handle uses Norbar 16mm Spigot Heads and offers an English range from 15-75 Ft Lbs and a metric range of 20-100 Nm.  The Norbar 15063 provides an ideal combination of accuracy, robust construction, comfort and ease of use and the 16mm spigot heads allow the versatility of various end fittings.
