Returns for non-damaged merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in new condition & in original packaging, and you must receive a return authorization code by submitting your return request by email to customerservice@protorquetools.com . You can then mail your return back at the address provided on your return authorization. We will refund only the price of the item purchased, excluding any shipping or handling charges, unless a defective product was sent to you in error. Any merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We may waive this charge if alternative merchandise is purchased.
